WINTEX is a weaving mill well known in the sector, able to produce exclusive fabrics requested by the most important editors and distributors worldwide, making use of a highly qualified staff able to use the most innovative technologies.
The history of the Colombo family has been closely linked to the textile world since the early 1900s. At the beginning, he was a silk bachicolator, then a yarn twister, and finally a textile producer when, in 1955, Marco Colombo founded the weaving company Colombo, specializing in the production of fabrics, from wall and curtains.
In 1976 a new member joins the company, Carlo, the founder’s son, and the business is renamed Wintex.
In 2006 the third generation, with Andrea, joined the team.
